Yamaha XT660R

The Yamaha XT660R has one of the best engines in its class. The smooth, fuel injected powerplant works really well in all situations and never disappoints. However, even though the bike has a 21" front wheel it still feels like a super motard which is great on the road but a bit nervous on the dirt. The suspension is nothing special but it did feel a little better than the KLR650. Standard tyres are too road oriented. Full test in Trailzone Issue 15
